POSTAL SERVICES & TELECOMMUNICATION

I have a question about the postal services.

At what time does the post arrive? 

The post comes at 9.15 at the Royal Depot and at 9.30 at the Gare Maritime.

Where can I find a Bringme box to send and receive parcels? How can I use this service?

There's a Bringme box on the ground floor at the Royal Depot, next to the reception desk. To receive a package, indicate "delivery to a Bringme box" on your online order form. The correct address is Koninklijk Pakhuis, Havenlaan 86C, 1000 Brussel. You'll receive a QR-code to open the box. More information on bringme.com.

I have a question about telecommunication.

Can I choose my own telecommunication provider? 

Tenants are free to choose their own telecommunication provider. Our technical installations can handle that. 

Is there free wifi at Tour & Taxis?

Visitors can use the free wifi facilities at the Royal Depot and the Gare Maritime. However, these are not intended for professional use. 

MOBILITY

I have a question about the bicycle parking.

Where is the nearest bicycle parking? Is it a secure parking? 

The biycle parking at the Royal Depot is on level -1, near restaurant La Fabbrica. That is a secure parking. There is also a temporary unguarded bicycle parking at the Gare Maritime in the Picardstraat. We're currently installing a secure bike parking in the Sheds' basements. There will also be charging points for electric bikes and a repair shop. The new bicycle parking is open to everyone and will be operational by early 2022. 

Do I have to pay for the bike parking? 

No, the bike parkings at Tour & Taxis are free to use.

I have a question about the shuttle service to and from Tour & Taxis.

When can I use the shuttle service?

It is available from Monday to Friday. The first shuttle bus leaves from the North Station at 5.30 h. The last one leaves Tour & Taxis at 22.00 h. The shuttles drive continuously, with a waiting time of max. five minutes during morning and evening peak-hours and max. 10 minutes outside of peak-hours. This handy app  shows the Tour & Taxis shuttles in real time. 

Where does the shuttle bus stop? 

There are two stops at the Tour & Taxis site: the Muziekplein and Maison de la Poste. The shuttle bus also halts at the North Station and Bolivarplein.

Are there charging stations available to charge my car at Tour & Taxis? 

There are currently four charging stations at the underground parking Esplanade. They're Blue Corner stations. You need a Blue Corner pass to use those charging stations. You'll find more information and current rates on bluecorner.be.

I have a question about snow and icy conditions.

It's freezing and the pavement in front of my office / residence and the roads and squares at Tour & Taxis are slippery. Who should I contact?

In freezing or snowy weather, our snow plan comes into effect. Slippery conditions on the site are closely monitored and we'll do everything we can to keep our roads and the access to our buildings free of snow and ice. Did still you notice a slippery area? WASTE MANAGEMENT

I have a question about waste management.

Do I have to sort waste?

Yes please! At Tour & Taxis, you'll find separated waste streams for residual waste, organic waste, paper, PMD (plastic bottles, metal containers and drink cartons) and glass. 

Who collects the waste? How do I contact them? 

We've partnered up with EcoSmart (Renewi) for our waste management. You can submit specific requests to this service through the FMIS. 

Where are the waste containers?

At the Gare Maritime, waste is collected by an EcoSmart staff member. You'll find waste containers near the front entrance of the Royal Depot, at the Havenlaan. 

Who pays for waste collection? 

All tenants pay for the collection of their waste, the price of which is determined by the yearly volume (in kilograms). 

Is there a report about my organisation's waste management I can consult?

If you log in to rapportage.ecosmart.eu with an EcoSmart account, you'll find an overview of the quantity of processed waste.

I need a certain document.

I'm looking for the inspection certificates of the electrical installation in my building.

PRIVATE WORKS

I have a question about private works.

I'd like to carry out construction works. Is it allowed during office hours?

Works causing noise or noise nuisance cannot be carried out during office hours (from ... until ...), as they will disturb your neighbours' peace. If you do not comply with this rule, we will ask you to stop the works. You can find more information about this in the internal rules and procedures. 

I am experiencing inconvenience due to works at one of my neighbours. What can I do? 

In the event of nuisance - due to noise, odours or vibrations - we ask you to contact the control room via +32 2 733 23 39.
